Charlotte had two best friends, and, at the moment at least, they seemed to hate each other. She thought of the ring they'd bought together for her birthday, of how well it symbolized those two: both sparkling, effervescent personalities, never quite meeting in the middle. She laughed to herself as she thought how appropriate a metaphor the ring was. They even almost overlapped. And she pretty much ended up carrying them wherever she went. It was always up to Charlotte to keep the peace, it seemed. 'I tell you what,' she said, interrupting their third heated argument of the afternoon, 'if you two can't decide on one flavor, we're not going to get two quarts of ice cream. It's silly. And we'll see the play at the drama center so we don't have to pick a movie. Oh, and I'm driving, and you're both sitting in the back seat.'
Two bands of ice wrap around your finger in this .925 sterling silver ring. Coming close but never meeting at the top and bottom of the band are two aisles of channel set princess-cut diamond CZs. They spring from a sturdy band that's been plated with rhodium to boost the silver's long-lasting shine.
